DUBROVNIK

Excursion plan:

Pick up at your accommodation in the morning and transfer to the airport Zagreb. Departure on the flight to Dubrovnik. Arrival in Dubrovnik and transfer to the old town. A tour of the Old Town and a visit to the world famous Dubrovnik Wall, where also the TV series "Games of Thrones" was filmed. Free time for lunch, shopping and walk through the old town and the famous main street Stradun, where the bell tower (built 1444), the Onofrio fountain (15th century) and the Orlando column (built 1418) are located. Visit to Lovrjenac Fortress (first mentioned in 1301), Church of St. Spasa (built in 1520), Church of St. Vlaho (Rebuilt in 1715), the Pharmacy (first opening in 1317), Church of the Assumption of the Virgin (built on the beginning of the 13th century, for which the English king Richard Lionheart donated gold after his shipwreck). Visit of Mount Srđ (ride with gondola), where the imperial fortress is located (built in 1801 during the occupation of Napoleon). Free time in the city center. Transfer back to the airport and departure on the flight back to Zagreb.
